Let’s get acquainted
As IT consultants, we like to start the relationship on the right foot. We get in a room or on the phone and ask questions about your business. We listen. We take the time to get to know you so we can deliver a solution that meets your needs.
Some companies come prepared with a solution in hand. But how can they have a solution if they don’t know what the problems are? We don’t offer solutions until we know what challenges you’re facing.
Only then will we design a solution that will work for you, customized to make your business run as it should. It’s what we do.
Consultation
Our first meeting is designed to see if we’re a good fit for each other. We’re going to be working closely so in order to make the appropriate changes, we’ll discuss your technology and financial requirements.

Discovery
This is where we get into the details of your current technology needs and how you run your business. Once we have an idea of what you’re doing now and what you want to be doing in the future, we take a deep dive to discover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Internal engineering review
Once we have a thorough picture of where your company stands, we start designing an IT solution specifically for you. We review it, again and again, to ensure it’s the perfect solution to help you reach your goals.

Proposal creation
This is when our entire team puts their heads together to come up with a plan of action. This step culminates in formulating a proposal that combines our recommendations with your company’s requirements.

Presentation
That last stage of the process is where we present your new technology solution to you and your team. We’ll walk you through how we got here, show you how it works and answer any questions you might have.
